Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in USD and include applicable consumption tax for orders shipped within Japan. Payment is processed securely at checkout via Stripe or PayPal. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.
Shipping
I do my best to ship orders as quickly as possible. If your order is time-sensitive, don't hesitate to get in touch with me here or at elisa.e.michelet@gmail.com after purchasing, and I'll do my best to accommodate. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. I am not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances outside my control.
Returns & Exchanges
All sales are final. Due to the handmade and limited-edition nature of the work, I do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your order arrives damaged in transit, please get in touch with me within 7 days of delivery at elisa.e.michelet@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will assess the damage and offer a partial or full refund at my discretion.
International Orders
For orders shipped outside Japan, the buyer is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Print Care
Prints are fragile. Handle with care and avoid direct sunlight, moisture, and extreme temperatures for best longevity.
